Mark is a passionate and compassionate individual who brings a wealth of experience from various facets of his life to the Top of the World Ranch. Formerly involved in executive roles in the fast paced corporate world, when blessed with the opportunity to play a major part in helping others to a new and much better life, he jumped at the chance. Mark understands the importance of making the decision to attend treatment and the serenity that comes with the knowledge that you have chosen the treatment centre that is  right for you.  Mark has vowed since its inception that Top of the World Ranch Treatment Centre will conduct itself in all aspects with the utmost integrity.  He feels when you talk with us on the phone and view our website you will get an immediate sense of that integrity.  Mark's number one goal has been to find the best staff available and he sincerely feels this goal has not only been met but has exceeded  his high expectations.

Operations/Human Resources Manager

Tanner has been with us since the inception of Top of the World Ranch Treatment Centre.       Tanner has held a variety of positions here and each time has proven him self to be very valuable for our clients program of recovery and our overall organization.  Through these roles as Program Assistant, Addictions Counsellor and now our Operations and Human Resources Manager, Tanner brings a very balanced view of management to our organization. Tanner’s background is in various positions of supervision in organizations that are primarily involved with persons needing care and assistance, from juvenile camps to high end resorts. Along with the unanimous support and combined efforts of our staff, Tanner has quickly shown that he continues to be an integral part of the quest we all share; that is to offer the best treatment opportunities available in the best setting.

Executive Secretary

Shannon is the first contact that most of our future clients have with the Ranch, and as a certified medical office assistant she understands the need for gentleness and confidentiality. With her patient, compassionate and kind nature, she runs the office at the Ranch in an efficient and well-organized manner. She is excellent at making anyone that calls the Ranch feel comfortable in the knowledge that they have made the right decision and are on the path to wellness. Shannon truly believes in what we are accomplishing and finds the positive changes in our clients to be inspiring. She will always take the time needed to go the extra mile for anyone in need.
