The look and feel of our log lodge and cabins at Top of the World Ranch Treatment Center is in union with the nature that surrounds us and plays a part in your overall treatment program. The ambiance lends itself to assist in your attainment of peace and serenity. At Top of the World Ranch, we strive to provide you with the very best in addictions services without the atmosphere that is found at many of the more clinical style drug and alcohol treatment centers.

The Main Lodge has a variety of decks and log furniture for you to relax and take in the Rocky Mountains to our East as we overlook the rolling hills that lead to the Purcell Mountains to our West. The 10 person Jacuzzi Spa offers views of both mountain ranges.

There are many areas around the lodge and cabins to relax and take in the beauty. There are countless places in our surrounding nature to walk, or hike, to mountain bike or canoe or to just sit, to just be, and it may happen, that suddenly, you discover that you find yourself to be present, that you are in the moment, that you are in your heart and out of your head, you feel it, you feel… and you come to realize, that you, the real you is still there and you always have been, you have just been covered up, and stored away under the layers of using and abusing…This using and abusing of drugs and alcohol that has now stopped and allowed for your safe return. And when you rediscover YOU, it is good and there is peace.

Our food deserves special mention in that we truly have first rate chefs who utilize daily fresh organic (whenever possible) whole foods in the preparation of healthy, sumptuous and well presented meals. We bake our own whole grain breads and make our own fresh salad dressings. We use very little processed sugar and encourage our clients from the start of their stay with us to make healthy lifestyle choices. We assure you, that like all people here, you will greatly enjoy the variety of healthy fare that we serve you.

Our clients often gather at our river rock fire pit to share quality time, to watch a roaring fire and to engage in heartfelt discussion of the day’s events. Our fully equipped gymnasium with both free weights and aerobic machines, offers our clients multiple exercise opportunities.  Our gymnasium also offers an infra-red sauna, and chiropractic approved roller bed in conjunction with the many outdoor activities that we offer in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
