Mark is a passionate and compassionate individual who brings a wealth of experience from various facets of his life to the Top of the World Ranch. Formerly involved in executive roles in the fast paced corporate world, when blessed with the opportunity to play a major part in helping others to a new and much better life, he jumped at the chance. Mark understands the importance of making the decision to attend treatment and the serenity that comes with the knowledge that you have chosen the treatment centre that is right for you. Mark has vowed since its inception that Top of the World Ranch Treatment Centre will conduct itself in all aspects with the utmost integrity. He feels when you talk with us on the phone and view our website you will get an immediate sense of that integrity. Mark's number one goal has been to find the best staff available and he sincerely feels this goal has not only been met but has exceeded his high expectations.

 

BillBill Roberts, MEd.
General Manager

Bill has served persons with disabilities for over thirty years. He has trained in Psychology, Music and holds a Masters degree in Education. He has conducted hundreds of psychological and neuropsychological assessments as a psychometrist and worked as a counselor/therapist in many settings. As an Executive Director and owner of a productivity based acquired brain injury program he worked with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other health specialists. His focus is building a great team with highly skilled staff to deliver the highest quality of service for our clients who come to Top of the World to recover and move to a brighter future. He is dedicated to ensuring that the program at the Ranch is focused on evidence-based outcomes and hypothesis tested innovation. Bill’s extensive background in supporting and encouraging a broad diversity of persons with personal challenges has lead to a commitment to continuing personal growth and life long learning.

 

TracyTracy, MOA
Executive Secretary

Tracy has worked in the field of addictions for 20 years. She is highly professional and runs the office at the Ranch in an efficient and well-organized manner. She is full of integrity, has a great sense of humour, and will go the extra mile to ensure our clients are feeling secure and welcomed. With her patient, compassionate and kind nature, she understands the need for gentleness and confidentiality. Tracy is excellent at making anyone that calls the Ranch feel comfortable in the knowledge that they have made the right decision and are on the path to wellness. Tracy truly believes in what we are accomplishing and finds the positive changes in our clients to be inspiring.

 

nancyJean Motherwell
Administrative Assistant

Jean is an individual who brings a wealth of experience from various facets of her life to the Top of the World Ranch Treatment Centre. Recently involved in executive roles in the tourism industry and having worked in an accounting capacity in many other industries over the years, Jean was able to combine her love of working with numbers and her ability to organize tasks and time at Top of the World. As the eldest of six children, Jean learned at an early age the importance of listening and optimizing her time while enjoying being in charge. This training was put to good use during the years that she worked and raised a family of three. Jean joined the staff at Top of the World Treatment Centre in February, 2011. Jean loves talking to people, having the numbers balancing, and organizing so she feel that she has found the perfect place to work until retirement time. She looks forward to seeing more of the Ranch as hiking has been an enjoyable pastime for many years.
